Yee Real Estate Network Coaching & Mentoring Program
The Real Estate Millionaire Coaching program is designed for those who wish to achieve “Independence Day” within 5-10 years.
“Brand name” training programs are taught with scripts by employed “coaches” who often have not even bought their own property. If you ever subscribe to a Donald Trump or Robert Kiyosaki real estate program, you can bet your boots Donald Trump or Robert Kiyosaki won’t be teaching it!
The goals of the program are to:
- Buy 3 to 5+ investment properties in the next few years.
- Build a real estate equity portfolio of at least a million dollars.
The program consists of the following:
- Comprehensive one-on-one coaching.
- Quarterly meetings at Seewing Yee’s Fremont, CA office location (with additional meetings as needed).
- Specialist meetings with the Yee Real Estate Network “Dream Team” of advisors including a financial planner, tax strategist, insurance agent, estate and asset protection attorney and as needed, other supporting advisors (separate fees may be charged for these services, if applicable).
- Unlimited phone and email communications with your Master Real Estate and Financial Coach.
- A custom-made purchase strategy for each property.
- Turn-key approach to each real estate transaction with minimum hassles and problems.
- A system to set up your real estate portfolio record-keeping requirements with the propertytracker.com software.
- Purchase a tax software from a 3rd party provider (Additional cost involved)
- Purchase a Asset Protection system from a 3rd party provider (Additional cost involved)
- Strategies to help you run your real estate business and take advantage of numerous tax deductions.
- Identifying your money blueprint and learning how to overcome your biggest obstacle to financial success – FEAR.
- Designing your financial road map to reach your definition of INDEPENDENCE DAY so you can plan the next phase of your life – “passive income with an active lifestyle”.
The Real Estate Millionaire Coaching program is led by Seewing Yee, Master Real Estate and Financial Coach.
Seewing Yee has a Bachelors degree in Accounting (B.B.A.) and a Masters degree in Taxation (M.S.) and is the founder of the Yee Real Estate Network. Mr. Yee has served in the US Army and is retired with 20 years of faithful service. Ten of those years were spent in active duty and the remaining ten in the National Guard Reserve.
Mr. Yee also has 15 years of financial planning experience with American Express Financial Advisors and Waddell & Reed Financial Services prior to founding his real estate network in 2005. He has also operated a credit restoration company for over 20 years. Mr. Yee is an active real estate investor who owns many investment properties throughout the U.S.
IMPORTANT
Minimum requirements to qualify for participation in the Real Estate Millionaire Coaching program are:
- Salary of 60K+
- Home equity of 100K+
- Additional savings from potential stock and mutual fund liquidations
- FICO score of 720+
- Cash reserves of $20,000+ (HELOC ok)
Occasional exceptions to the above are made on a case by case basis.
Coaching – a learning process that occurs over time and requires a high degree of integration.
